Energy Company

We were engaged by the Company to provide NDDC audit support service. At the end of the exercise, we saved the Company over US$25 million after our comprehensive reconciliation and extensive negotiation with the commission.

Power Generation Company

We currently perform payroll, tax and financial advisory services for a leading multinational Power generation Company in Nigeria. We also support the Company in responding to all Tax compliance queries as it relates to Audit and Investigation from the Inland Revenue Services (Federal and State).

Real Estate Company

We provide tax compliance and advisory services for the company. This involves provision of preparation and filing of annual corporate income tax returns, obtainment of annual tax clearance certificate, review tax provisions for year-end management reporting and liaising with the Federal Inland Revenue Service and various State Board of Internal Revenue Service for resolution of queries and tax audit issues.

Multinational Trading Company

The project involves resolution of matters arising from the investigation conducted by the Federal Tax Authority on the company’s tax and accounting records for the first eleven years of its operation in Nigeria and assisting them to recover taxes that were not initially invoiced to the customer.

Technology, Media and Telecommunication Company

We were the Financial Adviser on the due diligence and transaction structure advisory for the acquisition of a majority shareholding in a state-owned telecoms company in Nigeria being privatised.
